    What is basic travel allowances from u.k to India
    My girl friend Amanda Gilbert from Hackney London wants to come to India to meet me. She has been told by her flight Agent that she needs to have Basic travel allowances with her. Is this true?If this is true what is the alternative. Can she travel to India if I guarantee her safety here in India and her safe return?

    Because there are millions of BTA scams out there, and your 'girlfriend' might be a scammer, I would be hesitant to send money even if it's required from the UK to India. Your online friend might be collecting BTAs from hundreds of men.
