    How old are both of you? You can't make someone come back to you, especially when they have feelings for someone else.

    Just because you have some strong feelings doesn't mean she does. That's life. You don't always get what you want, when you want it.

    Her feelings changed and you have to accept that and start moving on.

    If you can't handle being friends,go no contact and get busy with your own life.
