I want my boyfriend out,he has no residency no bills in his name
I want my boyfriend out of my home. I own the home-no bills are in his name and his mail goes to his mom's house. He has lived with me 2 years and won't leave. He rarely helps pay bills. He says he has 30 days. How can I get rid of him and stop him from coming and going as he pleases. He has furniture, clothes and other household items there.

    Hello k:

Even though he doesn't have any of those things, pursuant to your state law, he IS a tenant, and you'll have to evict him. Start with a written 30 day notice.

If you put him on the street, and he complains to the cops, they'll put him back in. Or he can sue you for false eviction and he'll win. Do it the right way.
