My boyfriend is healthy but is having problems performing in the bedroom, he enjoys oral sex but is unable to perform in bed, he tells me he has a hernia problem and needs to have a physical but he does not schedule anything with his doctor or clinic. We have sex (once every three weeks or so), but only if I give him a v(blue pill). I feel he should try to make himself better, I don't care if he needs to take a little blue pill, I just want to be with him, he's my boyfriend and I want to be close to him. We are young. I hate bringing up sex all the time because I don't want to hurt his feelings, what should I do.

A hernia can be treated with surgical repair but can worsen if not taken care of. Your boyfriend should see a doctor to confirm that he does have one.
