There is a 19 year old boy I'm intrested in. Im 16. I live in Idaho where the age of consent is 18.
I want to spend time with this boy but I want to make it very clear that we are not sexual or anything more then good friends.
He has a 1 year old son and getting him in trouble for being with a 16 year old could ruan his life.
What should I do ?
Not go places alone with him ? What is okay and what isent ?

If your not gonnα be intimαte then just being friends with him would hαve nothing to do with legαl system.

Plus you don't wαnt to get involved with αn older mαn thαt αlreαdy hαs I kid -- I did thαt when I wαs αround your αge (just one yeαr younger) αnd well let me tell you this hunny...
you might think your reαlly smαrt αnd you know α lot αbout boys.. well it αll comes down to whαt your dαd/mom sαys "there's only one thing guys wαnt" αnd in your cαse it's true.. he'll dαngle this friendship α little bit until he convinces you to well you know...

I just talked to him about this and he's on the same page with me. He said he just could not risk custody of his son at all.

Find another buddy.
He goes to jail and you can't help with bail.
