    Is there hope after a break up?
    Well.. last month my boyfriend of almost a year broke up with me because of my insecurities and my huge trust issues with men.. he gave me absolutley no reson not to trust him.. after we broke up I did everything wrong and I pushed him away even more... I love him verry much and I am hoping he feels the same way... I have been trying to do things to better myself and work on myself.. I was just wondering how the hell to even approach this situation of trying to talk to him again?

    Tell him what you told us. Open up to him and admit what you know you have done wrong, and how you are going to change, or have changed. Tell him your sorry and you care about this relationship. Good luck!

    You can't tell someone you're different. You can only show them. If you've learned your lesson, start with friendship again. Perhaps a date or two may ensue. Maybe not. Even if he dates others, in front of you... you've changed, right? So, no jealousy.

    Show him. Make him smile.
