    Was it to soon
OK so some of you know that I wanted my ex back... but now I was able to let go... was it to soon to find a new guy? It's almost been a month... and I was able to let go... so was it bad that I found someone else?

As long as your really over it. After a little more than a year of being with someone, and to all of a sudden do such a quick turnaround, less than a month, I would think he is a rebound, just because you want some one and anyone will do. The danger is that you may not really care for the person, and just want company, and that's not fair to the new partner, or to you. When did you meet this new person? You were so in love, and willing to wait, and now your into someone else?

I do care for this new guy... I met him last month at work... and I realize that I couldn't get my ex back because I guess he was only using me for his sexual pleasure that's why I stopped waiting

Seems like your rushing into things. I would give it a bit longer. Perhaps get to know him for a while rather than rebounding into him as a relationship.

Go to fast you crash and burn, remember that. Don't let intense feelings override your common sense. Don't be in a hurry to fill the void, of your last break up, and don't give in to the fantasy of what if he is the one. He is a stranger, and will be one until you take the time to know him much, much better. He is a convenient distraction from your past, for now. Know that, and protect your heart by being cautious. Be happy with being single, be happy with who you are, and let time do the rest.
