    Break-Up Therapy
    So, I'm in my no-contact periond - trying to be strong, trying to be silent :D. What do you guys do to lessen the pain?

    For me, I'm -
    • Going back to school
    • Volunteering at a local youth center
    • Joining a political grass-roots movement

    I think your off to a great start, but would add an exercise routine even if its just walking.

    Yeah join a gym or go more often if you are already a member...

    I went the other day and hit the punching bag as hard as I could until I was physically exhausted, best therapy in the world, and getting fit at the same time!
