Anything that affects the healthy interaction between two people has to be addressed properly, or frustrations and resentment can lead to angry separation. So the answer is unresolved issues can destroy relationships and marriages. ED is such a simple fix that starts with a simple doctors visit.

To have a healthy relationship, marriage or any interaction you have to be healthy, and have a healthy partner to share it with. You at least have to be willing to work on resolving YOUR issues in a way that benefits you both. It's seldom just one issue that derails a marriage/relationship, but many on BOTH sides.

Some women get more satisfaction from other areas of a relationship than just the physical, so an HONEST interchange goes a LONG way. Some relationship issues cannot be addressed just with a little blue(?) pill. It's important to get your partners point of view. Couples tend to be different.

Erectile dysfunction can be a permanent issue, or it can be a temporary medical one. Either way, it should be discussed with a doctor. However, it would be a deal breaker for me unless I am able to sit down with my partner and discuss remedies, but sometimes men go off upset and not able to come to terms and let the condition go on until all is lost. All avenues have to be explored if it is a permanent condition. There are many ways of pleasing a partner but patience and commitment are tantamount to the relationship.

A proper erection seldom solves relationship/marriage issues. Just ask the sexually healthy guys who are divorced, of which there are MANY, and certainly you know a few.
