I'm fatter than most girls in my class and need help. I'm 5.2 feet tall and 11.1 stone that's not normal; everyone is size 6 or smaller and I'm worried now that all my friends will go off with their new boyfriends and I'll be stuck with no one because no one will want a fat girlfriend so now I don't know what to do when I go out I feel like everyone is staring and thinking to themselves "look at that girl, she's fatter than a elephant:(

Sweetheart you are 11 the same age as my daughter, you are growing and changing every day and will not recognize yourself in a few years time.

Keep up some light exercise i.e. walking , bike rides , trampolining ,swimming, dancing anything you fancy.

Stick to balanced diet no food is a bad food as long as it is eaten in moderation i.e. not loads of chocolate each day, incorporate lots of fruit & veg as this will help.

Enjoy being healthy! The rest will take of itself.

Being a size six is just as worrying and it is much nicer to see a healthy young lady than worry that one is to thin.
