    How to get her back
Well I've been seeing this girl for 7 years, we met in high school. I purposed to her when we graduated and we've been engaged for 3 years trying to save money for our wedding. We moved in together a year ago, and we had a date set for our wedding but we had to postpone it. When we were about to move back in to our parents house to save money, she told me, for the past 3 years she wasn't happy with our relationship and that she wasn't sure she wanted to marry me, hearing that tore me up inside. She wanted to take a break from our relationship. I still see call her sometimes. I'm asking, what can I do to get her back? We never had a heated argument. I did everything for her. Why do you think she needs to take a break from me?

Wow I'm sorry to say... but it took her 3 years to finally tell you she was unhappy! I find that abit unrealistic! Did she explain why and what made her unhappy?

I would give her space, don't call her, let her call you.

Only she can really tell you the answer to why she needed a break but I can see from here the lack of candid communication between you both. It is the number one reason relationships don't last. Without it, you really don't know her and/or she really doesn't know you, which will often amount to an outcome just like you described. I am sorry for your loss.

Give her space and do not contact her. Don't be so available if she ever rings you.

7 years? I am surprised it lasted that long. You have to ask yourself do you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you?

Make sure you don't mope around at home keep yourself busy. Join a gym!
