    The niece had a son that was genetically related. So your grandfather - who is your father's father - had a sister, who had a son or daughter (cousin), who had a niece, who had the son. So the niece's son is genetically related. She had sex with your dad, or the blood is related via grandfather-grandfathers sister, etc.
