My fiancé doesn't trust me.. what to do
I lied about a few things in my past to my now fiancŽ about 1year ago. Since then emotions and feelings for each other have been on and then off. Lately he's been telling me that he can't trust me and can't see himself marrying someone he can't trust. Its weird to me because since a year ago I have earned my trust back... he even took my ring back until he felt like the trust was regained... well he gave it back on Valentine's Day 2012,but just last night he said he can't see himself being with me because he can't trust me. It hurts because we have been together for 2 years and have a 1 year old daughter and live together. I don't know what to do because all I want to be is with him and continue to have a family.

I don't know what you did but it seems to me he will let it hang over you when ever he feels like it. How is his relationship with your daughter?
You say you love him but do you want to stay in a relationship that goes back and forth?
If he does not trust you, let him go, just make sure he takes care of his daughter

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
