There is nothing to feel guilty about.

Obviously your ex is still in your subconsciousness and is coming out in your dreams.

THEY are ONLY DREAMS. So stop obsessing over your dreams stop feeling guilty about your dreams. Stop talking about your dreams.

Before you go to sleep at night, before your ready to fall asleep you need to think of other things. Do not push other thoughts away, but think of pleasant things that make you happy. Tell yourself what you do want to dream about. You need to do this every night for as long as it takes and eventually you will be able to dream about other things.

Dreams are only dreams.. After such a long time together it's not abnormal to dream of someone who was such a big part of your life. It doesn't mean you are guilty of anything.

Hey.. we all dream of things in our past. Don't worry about it. I hope you and your new love have a wonderful future together... Kit

g'day, OK my little question regards the fact that I don't think I am dreaming... for all I know I could be dreaming but I have absolutely no recollection of anything, as opposed to how I used to have a vague remembrance of dreams.
