    Don't miss him yet I cry.
    I just broke up with my boyfriend of 8 months, I knew it was the right thing to do, he was lazy, dirty,rude, he put me down, always mooched money off me and he had anger problems but I was comfortable around him. I could go without makeup, change in front of him, and cry in front of him. I am with a new guy now and he sent me a dozen roses the first day we were together and tells me I'm beautiful and I'm happy with him. I don't understand why one minute ill be perfectly fine and then ill just start crying... am I totally crazy? I BROKE UP WITH HIM! I shouldn't be crying... any advice would help... thanks

    Maybe he's put you down so much that you feel like you don't deserve better. If that is the case, quit lying to yourself and accept that you do.

    How long were you broken up with your ex before beginning a new relationship?

    It sounds like you have not taken the time to resolve some of your issues before moving on to another relationship. Without realizing why you are a great person who deserves a great significant other you cannot move into a healthy relationship and it sounds like your previous relationship really tore you down emotionally.
