    Friend Issues
    Hi,
    I am a freshman in college, and I suffer with epilepsy and depression. I met a friend of mine named Ryan from a Spanish class, and my counselor on campus said that the big amount of contact with him has made me force myself on our other mutual friends. As of now, I have lost a friend named Nathan because he says he has tried to help me, but I cause drama to him. I am always worried and feel like none of my friends like me because they don't seem to invite me to do anything and my other mutual friends don't do what I do where I worry, get paranoid, or make a lot of contact. I am just so worried and I don't want to lose my friends! I'm sick of losing friends since in the past, I have dealt with a lot. What am I supposed to do? How do I get to show my friends that I am going to change and not be forcing on them or not be depressed?

    The only way to prove it is to do it. If you can stop yourself from doing it that's enough.

    Are you doing anything for your depression? Dealing with that first will help you, whether it's talking to someone or getting on some anti-depressants. I know someone in a situation similar to yours. It's a hard situation to be in.
