Hi all

I tried something a moment ago which had a very powerful effect on me in terms of getting over my ex
It's a role play type thing but it works like this

I went to my inbox and found her name with the space to send a message....DONT SEND IT THO!!!!

In the space I wrote something like this

'Yes I Am seeing someone... I met him a week ago Im sorry if that hurts but You wanted to know Now please leave me alone'

To look at the email with her name at the top its as if she sent it...
It floored me to look at it sitting in front of me, But it answered the question as to how I would feel if I actually 'did see it' I was shattered!! [/I][/I]

So I won't be asking her anything or contacting her if this exercise is healthy maybe its not but it worked for me
Im still really off today but Ill try anything to help myself at the moment

I know for some that it's initially so darned important to get answers and 'closure' from the person involved. But, we don't have control over this, so in my opinion it's a waste of time. Don't hurt yourself by second-guessing her. Sometimes it's better just to leave things alone and look forward.

I promise, this too will pass.
