How to regain trust( very willing to be patient and understanding)... after accusing someone of something that apparently wasn't true?

Never accuse before you know the facts.
    Is that what you did?
And you want to regain that persons trust again?

Accused out of insecurity(willing to work on that) but I hadn't seen him in a long time missed him he left over it-long term relationship, I'm more for sure that id love to be with him as in forever and ever and work on it and the relation but he left and won't budge to give a chance. This is my dream man id marry and I really messed up and I can't believe that I did this to the person I love.

Butterfly, I was in your exact position! I let my jealousy ulltimately destroy my relationship and was not given another shot. If he won't give you a chance to regain what has been lost, he isn't your dream guy(no offense) because if you truly love someone, you work through problems. Something had to spark this outcry and maybe you need to work on that alone before being with someone

If your letting your personal issues cause this misery in your relationship, I suggest you deal with that first, or it will come up again. As far as he is concerned, its up to him to deal with your BS, or not and his actions speak volumes. Can you blame him? This was a wake up call for you to take some positive action for yourself.

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
