    How do I get over my exboyfriend
    I love my ex boyfriend so much apart of me wants to be with him and the other don't I know I need to get over him its for the better but how its so hard to let go:(

    You will learn from reading other posts on this site that ultimately time is the only thing that can take away the hurt. Every day you go through focusing on yourself and what you like to do and without contacting him/trying not to think of him is a step forward.

    Another not-so-subtle tactic you might like to try is to focus on his bad points. I'm sure you found out plenty - just keep thinking of those.

    I think kieranwong is right, only time can heal. So I like to find distractions to pass the time. My favorite distractions so far have been learning to knit and taking a bellydancing class. Both are healthy activities that can be fun and relaxing. And you might even find a few new friends to spend your time with now that you're single! :)
