Hello.. I have been dating this guy for about two months. We had met one night, but only exchanged names, I had thought he was cute so I passed the word on to his friend. Luckily, he felt totally the same and was surprised to hear I felt that way too. We hung out another night and ended up staying up all night talking, and after a few days of consistently hanging out and talking, we started to date.
Everything was great, we were totally crazy about each other, he always told me how beautiful I was, and how crazy he was about me. Things went well for about a month. We started to not hang out as much, it was okay though, because we both talked about how we want to spend time with our friends. He told me he has never been able to put a girl beofre his friends until now, and that it kind of scared him.
He started to not call as much, and we didn't hang out as much, but when we did everything was still pretty good. We are both stubborn and a lot alike, so we tend to fit over a lot a stupid things, but always make up.
When he would call, I would always get mad at him for not calling me the day before like he was suppose to, and how he was going to hang out with his friends instead of me. That's what all of our conversations were like.
He is going through a really hard time right now, he lived with a guy how punched in the walls and have him bad credit, so he can't find anywhere decent to live. He also has fines to pay from when he was in the Navy, and also just got fired from his job, for a really dumb reason. Now he doesn' have a ob, so he can't find a place to live.
Before I left on my Mission Trip this last week he didn't call, I wrote him a letter breaking up with him, but before he got it he broke up with me. We have still been talking and I realized that the reason he wasn't calling me was because he didn't want to fight, so being the person to not like to fight and just push things out of the way, he just would't call, so when we would talk, we would argue. I took his not calling as if he didn't like me, I always ask him if he still likes me and it drives him crazy, he says if he didn't then we wouldn't be together. We have talked about maybe trying again and starting over, and now that we know wy we fought, I think it would eliminate the problem, he is afraid we will coninue to keep arguing and we will just waste time by trying again.
I really care about him, and I know he does too, I miss him a lot but I think he misses the old us, and doesn't miss the fighting. I really want to try things again, but I don't know how to get him to want to too. I wouldn't try again if I thought it wouldent work. I want to be here for him to get him back on track, he needs a good
He has told me over and over again how he has never met anyone like me, and is so lucky to have me in his life. He says I'm about the only good thing to happen to him. Everyone, including friends and family all tell him to be with me, he is bothered by that, because this is his decision, and he doesn't like people telling him what to do.
I am so crazy about him, and I really want to try things out agaon, if we do try and it stays the same, then Ill know its not meant to be..

Hi,
You will have many experiences like this.
Leave him alone, let him make the next move. Don't call, or anything for a couple of months.
If he really likes you, he will let you know.
You also have to learn the difference between 'words' said to you, and "actions taken" by him.
Actions speak a lot louder than words; words are easy to say, much easier for someone who practices using them with most girls he meets!
I am willing to bet he has said the same thing to others!
