    Should I worry?
My significant other worked for a short while at a job, and became friends with a younger woman there. Both of them no longer work at the same place.

They share a common bond that both are from a European country. This woman is single with two children. She is probably 25 years younger than my SO, who is 65. They have started emailing each other, as he has told me some things she has said to him.

Normally, I am not the jealous type, but something feels wrong about this. Maybe I feel threatened because of her attentions towards him, as well as her being so much younger. I did meet her once as he invited her to attend a function where we would be.

I don't think there is anything going on as this has just recently started, but I am not comfortable with the situation. My husband is not the type to have women friends. And, really, I am wondering why this young woman would be seeking out my husband for friendship.

I have not said a thing to him about it, or my uncomfortable feelings.

Should I proceed with my eyes wide open, and maybe ask him what appeals to him about this friendship? We have never said that we cannot have friends of the opposite sex, but I only have one man, my ex brother-in-law, for a friend, and we socialize with him all the time, so he is now friends with my SO, as well as me.

I don't want to seem possessive, but I certainly am feeling that way right now, and it doesn't feel good.

Then you talk to him about it-put the cards on the table, rather than worrying in silence.

How is your relationship with your SO? Are you still close and in love? How long have you been together? Has he ever cheated before - even in another rel? Didd this lady give you any weird feelings when you met her, like, that she would be the type or that she wasn't that interested in talking to you?
