She's too jealous
I met a girl online and we talked for months then we got together and everything was excellent, so good. Until I moved in to a new house that was left to me by a relative, I asked her to move in but she refused because the two tennants I took on were girls I thought this was odd and I reassured her they were just the ones who came to interviews and were only there as I needed money. She accused my first of having an affair with one of them but did it in a real passive aggressive way, she just acted really upset for days and I asked what was wrong and tried to help she wouldn't say anything and then after 3 days she threw it in my face. I told her nothing was happening but she never trusted me and made living in my own house hell, whenever I had to speak to one of the girls even about a bill or the rent she would go mad, it calmed down a bit and we got engaged but then it flared up again, I found her checking my phone, my emails and then I said if this kept happening I would leave the relationship, so she then started to get really upset saying how could you leave me etc, and she went back onto the site we met on and sent guys pictures of her naked etc and told them I didn't support her, this was after we got engaged, I forgave that but still things got worse she would freak out if I had girls for friends or anything , then I asked her to get help so she went to speak to somebody and she came back saying the therapist told her I was abusive! I'm really at my wits end everyday gets more difficult and confusing, I really love her but I can't cope anymore, I should really leave shouldn't I ? I've tried everything.

Sounds like she has a few screws loose and she's not willing to get them tightened.
Why do you want to stay in this relationship? It doesn't sound like you're getting anything out of it. People get married because they love each other, enjoy being around each other. From what you wrote, that's not what's going on.
Personally I'd cut my losses and let her find someone that's willing to put up with all the drama. You can't be with someone hoping to change them.

When everything has been tried and things are getting worse, Yes, its time to go. There has got to be a more stable female out there. It just has to be.

Run away as fast as you can. Don't look back.

I bet you'll find some similarities to your GF here.
She's got more problems that you have the skills to deal with.

I can only agree with everyone else-time to move on-whatever issues she's got she needs to sort out herself.

Yeah we had a chat, and I told her I reckoned that was it so she asked to come back to the house to talk more, a few mates came around and we all had a few drinks, she went up stairs to check her Facebook on one the guys laptops , a guy I rent a room to, she was still up there and hour later and when I went to check I saw them sitting pretty much right up close to each other laughing and flirting outrageously together and being very tactile, so I asked her to leave. Next morning I woke up and she was still in the house I asked her why, she said so I could talk to you when you'd calmed down, I said where did you sleep then? She said in his bed but nothing happned, I told her to off and I evicted him. Now I'm just looking out for me. Thanks to evybody who replied.

I have only one word to say about her, "toxic"...
Count your blessings is all I can say.

Well, I'll get right down to it. We met in college and fell very hard and very fast for one another. That's right, LOVE! I broke it off after about 5 months, while things were going great, because I was dumb and looking for something better. She kept herself in the picture being a "friend", but...

My question is simple:
