If you have a major crush on someone you work with and you know that she's already in a relationship, do you tell her how you feel?

You need to take a step back, find out what it is YOU want, not your mates, and go for it...
If that means meeting someone new and getting serious again, then maybe you need to put in a bit more...

Go nc, its works really well if you stick to it...
