I owe my Ex some money, what would you do?
I owe my ex girlfriend some money, it's not a massive amount, £60 / $120.

We used her credit card to pay for a holiday 2months ago.

The amount doesn't bother me, will she think of me as a really good guy if I pay it her back do you think? I'm going through NC so I can do it as an online bank transfer, I have her details already. I don't really want to break NC and go and see her.

She ended the relationship by the way.

    What would you do honestly?

She's going to think you're an A/Hole if you don't. Transfer it and be done with it.

Listen, never keep anything from your ex. No matter how insignificant it might be to you. You don't have to see her, just do the online bank transfer and keep any information that proves that you gave her this money.

Transfer the money and never mention it. It's the right thing to do, both ethically and emotionally.

Definitely give it back- that would be the nice thing to do... and she would think you're a good guy for doing it after the breakup.

Tell me about it. I'll just have to leave it at that. No message back if she replies etc. At least I've done the right thing I guess.

What do you mean mean you guess you did the right thing?

Pardon me if I come across as blunt but it may help I hope. You did the right thing with the money, you know that as well as anyone here. What I get from your posts is that "what if" menatality.

You wrote that "will she think I'm a nice guy?" why do you care? I totally understand th N/C, after awhile thoughts of messaging her or contacting her come into play, so you owe her money and this triggers a thought of breaking N/C cause "what if"! That's why I think you sent the message with the money, deep down you want that response from her, I know I would.

Sorry but I say what I see and I may be wrong, IF I'm right than I hope she does message you back something nice like... oh I don't know... come get me big boy... LOL! Us guys are all the same my man, one day we'll get what we are after:)

    Hope it helps!

If this was a few weeks ago then yeah you would be absolutely right, you've read my mind, like you said us guys are all the same, we've been broke up for almost a month now and I'm over the worst if you know what I mean.

I'm not expecting a reply, I'm not really bothered if I do or don't get one, I don't really want to speak to her unless she's got something decent to say to me. I just wanted to put a closure on everything now if you know what I mean, leave it on an OK note, and this was bugging me because she brought it up a few weeks ago when we last spoke on the phone. I'm glad I've got it out the way.

Jesus, all these nice things we do, what's this world coming too eh? I could have been a B*****d and ignored her but didn't.

LOL! The nice things we do.

Girls breaking up with guys is the WORST, you treat them like gold and one day they just don't want you anymore, though I'll bet if you broke up with her your name would be dragged in the mud for a long while.

Glad to see your getting there, I broke N/C after 3 months and sometimes I wish I hadn't, I tell you its "what if", but be strong and you'll be on here talking about your new,HOTTER G/F and planning to "surprise" your ex with her, when she sees that she'll know who the man is HAHA! Fingers crossed:)

Definitely mate. Hit the nail on the head there. Treat them like gold and then it seems to me as though they wait for the tinyest of excuses to break up and then that's when they hit you. Hard. Or at least that's what happened to me! Spot on again, if it was the other way round we'd be getting it in the neck from the family and friends. I say that because she's always asking "what's your mom said?" "what's your mates said?" And I'm like... why does it matter?
