I think I'm bored in my relationship and I don't know why. I love him. We've been together 9 months and I'm just not happy right now. I know that if we broke up I would regret it. Any help?

This is fairly general since you haven't given much information. If you chose to add more background it might help to give you advice more tailored to your needs.

How much time do you spend with him? Do you go out with friends or have interests outside the relationship that help keep you from feeling like you are in a rut?

How long do your relationships normally last? Is there anything going on in your life (outside the relationship) that might be affecting how you feel about the relationship? Stress, exhaustion, friends or family problems. etc. can sometimes cause a 'bored' feeling.

It isn't uncommon for people to go through periods of being bored in long term relationships. How you handle it can make your relationship stronger or end it. Talk to each other and find out if you both are going through a 'blah' time. See if you can find ways together to get out of the rut.

You can try doing things differently such as eating at a different place or watching a movie you normally wouldn't think about. Both of you should have interests outside the relationship so that you aren't relying on each other for all of your social entertainment.

Sorry about not having the details. Okay I used to spend like 3 days a week with him. Now possibly once or twice a week with him. I go out with friends a lot, actually he says I don't spend enough time with him. My relationships usually last about 3 weeks. I don't think there is anything outside the relationship that can make me feel like this. I do feel stressed sometimes but who doesn't. We talked about it and he has just kind of giving up on us. Any other help?

Grow up and make up your mind. Think about what YOU want, if you are bored then leave, if you love him, you wouldn't be bored.
