    Whatever he reminds you of.

Is he a bear or a cat or a dog?A cartoon character? There is no obligation to call your BF anything.

I never called any of my other men anything.I never liked it,I thought it was goofy.

I'm 55 and I just started to do it when I was 43 so don't pressure yourself.I never liked it.

A nickname is something that reflects who that person is.

I call my BF all kinds of nicknames depending on how he is acting.

I call him Babe or Hon most of the time.

I also call him names I can't say on an 18 and under board:)

Use your imagination or not ,as long as you call him into your arms that all that should matter! (how sappy) :)

If his nicknames for you bother you, you could opt for things like Tiny, Shorty, Little Buddy, Junior, Knubby, etc. for him.

I have had my "snuggle bunny" and my kitten.

A name is a special thing that comes from something in the relationship.

'pet' names within a relationship are common,it does not mean he does not remember your real name!

We often call are children 'honey' 'pet' 'baby',it's a sign of affection.

My friends husband calls her 'bb' short for big bum! Offensive for some but his love for her is obvious, its an in house term of affection.

If it bothers you, just tell him straight, you don't like it... simple as that.
