    It depends on the person, it is best to talk to a counselor or to who ever is making you reach your breaking point.

    There are different circumstances that elevate our stress levels. I would say that those triggers are individual. Some can handle work loads or time lines with no problem at all. Some can handle children day to day with no problem. Others can handle death situations without letting it effect them. etc...
