My way to make the pain go away is to hurt myself... but it always comes back... It all started when I started dating a guy... he was the guy of my dreams. He was prefected, he was everything anygirl would want just the only thing was the pain... I didn't know what to do I wanted the pain to stop so I broke up with him... the pain grow bigger and bigger... I've never felt a pain like that before... and it hurts... now evertime I try to froget about him I think about him more and I want him more... I have a boyfriend that I love a lot and want to spend the rest of my life with... how do I make it go away for good ? And I've gave it time

I'm in no way qualified to answer a question like this, but I would urge you to go see a doctor, a therapist or something so that you can talk it out, with a professional.

And please do it fast..

I don't understand what you are in pain about nor why you broke up with him, or why, if you are in love with someone, you have someone else in your mind.

Please, stop writing poetry and tell us what has happened so that maybe we can offer you advise.

You just need the proper guidance and instruction on how to deal with your pain, so start by being honest to your doctor, and let him get you the right help.
