    How to help my boyfriend?
    I am very worried about my boyfriend. He is very depressed and paranoid and won't leave the house. How do I get help, as my boyfriend has spoke to the doctor, and is scared to say how he really feels.

    You must talk to his doctor, or ask his family to help you with him. Does he take meds?

    Paranoia can be very difficult to deal with if someone won't even trust a doctor. I agree that it might be a good idea to talk to the doctor yourself, after getting your bf's OK, so that he doesn't suspect some awful collusion. Better yet, ask if you can go with him, to help him get there and home again. Did this start on it's own or were drugs involved?
