    How to get her back?
    Hi Guys.

I broke up with my girlfriend about 8months ago as I thought she was not the "one" for me. Within 2 weeks of the break up I realised I made a mistake so I arranged a time to meet with her to talk. I asked if we could try again but she told me that she does not want to be with me. After about 2 month of txting/talking she told me that she does not wish to talk to me any more and I should move on, She does not love me. Since that day I have not contacted her. Do you think there is a chance that she might want to be with me? We have not made any contact for about 6months. We live near each other (approx 5 km) and I have seen her on a number of times drive past my home as I have been outside. Most recent was only 1 week ago.

I have been on dates with other women but I did not connect with them and It really makes me miss my ex even more as we did connect with each other and I sill love her with all my heart. I made a mistake that I broke up with her and I think I have lost her forever.

Should I let it be and move on? Or should I try and make contact with her? Any advise?

Thank you for all your help

If she told you she does not love you and to move on I think you should take her at her word.

I think you should not try to contact her. You should avoid any contact. It only makes things harder.

It is never easy to move on from someone you loved. It takes time to heal and gain perspective on your life.

Keep dating and socializing and time will come when you meet someone you will connect with.

I wish you well and hope you find what your looking for.

Its over so let it go and after you have healed enough then you will be ready and able to move on.

Right now I think it's a lot of regret on your part that you have to overcome and that takes time.

You will heal, just do your own thing, and don't mope around feeling sorry for yourself.
