I do know and sympathise. First you have to deal with all those emotions that comes with breaking up, plus the shock of it all. There is no easy way to do that, but start with not contacting him any more, until those emotions settle down a lot. And forget about getting him back, as no one can know what another will do, which brings us to the hard part. For now do not answer him when he calls you, yep total no contact, and I already know how hard that is, and so do most of the people here. Then you have to focus on friends, and hobbies, and you must stay busy, as you build a life that you enjoy without him. I think that this may be your first true love, and you have a life built around him, but all that has changed, and you must start over from scratch. Much Luck.
