    How do I get my ex back?
    We were together for more than 7-years and have a 2-year old daughter together. We were also engaged, high school sweet hearts.

    Now we have broken up, and she is with my old best friend. They don't seem very happy at times, but then other times they do. How do I get her back? Surely she still loves me after 7-years you can't just stop loving someone and not remember anything. She has to see my daughter everyday...

    We broke up 6 months ago and she has been with the other guy for 4 months.

    Let her go guy, and get a life that makes you happy without her as even though you are tied together as parents, seems the romance is dead and gone, so you must heal, and rebuild a life around you and your daughter and adjust according to reality.

    It will take some time to accept the new reality of your situation, but you will eventually.

    Yup.

    Just parents now. Its Daughter first.

    Nows the time for strength. Being civil, for the sake of your daughter.

    Spend as much time as you can with her. And as little as possible w/your ex. Don't try & get it back.

    BTW, you can stop loving someone. Happens all the time.

    Talk is one thing, but dumping you for your friend with a child after 7 year is another.

    Maybe I only know one side... Why did she split? How old are you?
