    How do I get my boyfriend to listen to me more often?
    My boyfriend and I have been together for a year now. We are able to talk to each other about everything. But yet I'm scared to talk to him about other things. But yet when I do talk about things that mean a lot to me he never listens, and its starting to make me have second thoughts about him truly loving me.

    I don't know what to do about it. And another thing is he seems to miss and think about his ex girlfriend more then he spends time with me. How can I help him get over her?

    Why do you think he misses and thinks about his ex more than you?

    After a year together and you still can't really talk and think he is still thinking of an ex? Talk together about it, or the weakness of this relationship will frustrate you both.

    Being afraid to talk is as bad as NOT talking, and worse, he better know from you that you don't like him ignoring things that mean a lot to you. That's a sure sign he isn't as into you as you are him, and will never be able to help him move on. You shouldn't have too! He should be ready, willing, and able to do that himself. Start talking!
