    How to control anger!
    I am so mad at a guy who hurt me really badly.He did this without knowning my side of the story. I keep thinking of things to get back at him. I know this would be wrong. What
    Can I do to control my anger and not anything to him... Any ideas..

    I think you should do nothing until your anger has subsided, then maybe you won't have to regret your words, or actions, and have to pay the consequences of any bad behavior.

    This is a great place to vent, if you care to. I think that would be a good first step in controlling your anger.
