Hi everyone,

Please help me. I have been dating the love of my life for 2.5 years. We met and our story started absolutely beautiful. He wooed me with the most amazing dates and flowers and kindest words, little did I know how we would end this bad :(
After the initial honeymoon phase I realized that his true colors were coming out. Very controlling, bad mouthed, short temper, etc. also different cultures.. me being a ew oh girl and him a Muslim originally from Pakistan (we had both agreed that this wasn't an issue for us).
We have had a LOT of fights and ups and downs but we always worked through it, he always believed in fighting for us. Even after we both lost trust in each other which I won't get into, we still found our way back. He is such a big part of my life, not texting and calling is weird.
This past summer I found out he was cheating on me and going through some stressful times and he asked for a break up. I was devastated but accepted and I was Moving on nicely but he KEPT calling and texting every single day. A month goes by and he asked me to get back with him and I reluctantly agreed. I was still mad that he could toss me out like that without a care, my trust was badly broken. We spent about 2 months together until last week. We got into a huge fight over nothing and all my pent up anger and betrayal lashed out, I screamed at him and swore and dumped him in the worst way. But I did it at a moment of anger and stress and quickly realiZed what I had done and badly regretted it. I asked to work things out but he declined, said we fight too much.
It has been a week. This time around, I haven't heard from him like last time we broke up. He hasn't called me once. And his friend said he really is going through stress and the fighting is too much... is this a pattern that is going to repeat itself? Will we be back together or is this really the end? I have no called him for almost a week now and it's tearing me up inside. I want to marry this man, I can't let go of all the amazing times. I can't bear to think about startig again with someone new... please help, what do I do?
