    He broke up with me because he needs his space, but he still calls me.
    My problem is the following: My x broke up with me because he felt we needed time apart, but he wouldn't leave me alone. When we broke up I deleted him from my myspace and I gave him all his stuff back and told him not to call me again. And that lasted only 2 weeks. Then he started calling me. He would call me all the time. I feel that he is not ready to let me go, and he is afraid of letting me go. We were together for 2 years. And we both been through so much. We both have been hanging out, he calls me all the time. He calls me when his going to go out and when his at work etc. And he invites me to his parties. If he needed space why is he still calling me or hanging out. I told him that I would like to get back with him next month.. to start fresh. And he tells me that we will see. But it seems that we are still together, I don't understand why we need to wait. He told me that he still loves me. And if he wanted to meet other girls he wouldn't even be talking to me or inviting me out. Can someone give me their advice.

    Just my hunch, but he wants the privilege of your attention, and maybe the benefits(?). But not the commitment. If he finds something else of interest he doesn't need to break up, nor will he be cheating, whatever he does.

    Nip this in the bud, by cutting him from your life, as this is a dishonest way to have his cake, and you two. You get strung along, is the bottom line.
