    A Happy Story For Once
I posted a while ago, a guy asked me to "let us know what happens":

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/relati...ed-167299.html

Long story short: I was with a girl for 2 years, we broke up, she "needed space" (meaning, she was seeing someone else). I gave her that space, not knowing what was going on, just respecting her wishes.

We got back together after she got her space. She told me what was going on, and I agreed I wasn't giving her what she needed out of the relationship. No biggie, I just needed to lay back and be humble more.

4 months later, we moved in together. Another few months after that, we got engaged (we were off-and-on together for almost 3 years at this point). We moved to a new state together, etc.

Now? Our wedding day is August 1st. No Problems!

Arguing has been minimal... they can basically be called "disagreements" at this point. We work them out through rational conversation.

Trust is HUGE! We both trust each other 100%. Actually... we've always trusted each other. We've never cheated on each other, but I was flirting a lot. Since I've moved in with her, I haven't felt the need to flirt at all for some reason. I enjoy her company so much!

She completes me, I complete her.

    Things are great!

And I owe a big thanks to those who helped me via this forum.

    Thanks all!

PS - I also got a new job as a High School Math Teacher, and she's 1 step away from being the new Chemistry Teacher at the same school. The kids love it! :P

That is great news! During your break-up period, what did you do? NC? Never mind, I just read it.
