    My girlfriend wants time to sort her head out.
    I've been with my girlfriend for almost 2 years. A few days ago she had said to me that she feels our relationship has started to feel distant and she has been worrying and stressing due to her work which leaves her with little free time. So I went to see her and she ended up telling me that she needs a break and time to herself as her head is a mess this ended up being a very emotional six hours for both of us as we continued to talk, both of us kept saying how much we loved each other and that she needed this time or she could only see our relationship failing.

    Now she has told me she doesn't know if she wants to see me in this time or not nor if she wants to talk to me. But she seems adamant that after this time her head should be back to normal and we our relationship should work.

    I'm having a large amount of trouble as its only been 2 days and I already feel like I'm losing my mind what should I be doing, should I just cut off all communication completely until she contacts me?

    You talked for 6 hours and didn't make the terms of this vacation clear? Leave her alone, and do your thing like she is. What else can you do?

    Is it really work or there's someone at work? You should give her time for herself.
