I don't know if I should try to work the relationship or move on?
After more than a year in a relationship. He wanted to leave for good this time because I have said some awful stuff like he doesn't show care, he doesn't listen to me and such.
He got so mad after I said he lied. I really want it to work and I want to try that's why I asked him to stay and he said he needed a long break. I'm just scared I'll move on before we talk again. But I want to work it, I love him but yeah seems he doesn't want me anymore.

    Please help.

Most of the time oil and water don't mix very well. If you both aren't willing to work on this by putting the other person first, it's doomed. Just in that short paragraph it sounds like there is a lot of drama. Some people feed off it and some people put their partner first. If you rushed getting into a relationship with this person and you all didn't know each other well, then you are probably experiencing seeing the true colors of each other. The person you pick to be in a relationship with is a very important decision. It boggles my mind why people would rush such an important decision. Drama is a relationship killer. You both should take a step back and determine if each other is really what you both want.

You both have to want to keep working on the relationship for it to continue. He wants a long break, so give it to him, and work on your own life and the things you want and need without him. If you do move on before he comes to his sense, so what? You will be in a better place to judge if this would be worth going back to, or not, or continue living your life and making it better.

What's the point of making someone else a priority in your life, when they obviously don't want to be? Give him his break and give yourself a break too!
