Does he want me back?
My boyfriend and I broke up a little over a month ago. We haven't talked in a couple of weeks. The other day I put a guys name with hearts on my profile and away message. The next day my ex's away messages said things like "im alone" and "im nothing without you" they all had things to do with being alone without someone. I'm not sure if this is about me or someone else, but I don't know who else it would be about.

The messages are about him. They are cries for attention. Give it to him, or don't. But either way, cut the drama. If you're interested in getting back together (intelligent or not, another topic altogether), call him and say so. Keep the drama to a minimum.

I think he is attention seeking because he might be feeling jealous about the other guys name there. Try not to let him get to you. Do you want to get back with him?

I'm not sure. I keep changing my mind. When we broke up he said he might want to get back together in the summer and summer starts next week. I wasn't sure if he was serious about that though.

So the break up was really HIS choice. Further, you're letting him exercise an option to reactivate you anytime he wants.

Why would you want to get back with someone when they are making the choices for you. Why the summer what's so special. If he wanted to get back with you maybe he should have got in touch with you before he saw the another persons name. Would he have said anything if he didn't see anything. That's what you have to ask yourself. Sorry but I think you should forget him and find something special with this other person, if you haven't already.

Has he asked you to get back together? The "I'm alone" and "Nothing without you", these were probably directed to you... I think you two should definitely talk. But seriously think about if you want to get back together. Think of the pros/cons.
Just out of curiosity, how old are you? (you said, "summer starts next week.) I'm 16, maybe I could relate better if you are closer to my age.
