How to improve dealings with a self-centered, passive-aggressive person?

My suggestions are largely ignored, often rebelled, and I am the one is
Bearing the brunt of the consequences.

How do you define passive-aggressive? I heard that it means that the person holds and grudge but won't tell you about it. For example, if you told him that you didn't want to go to a basketball game with him he tells you it's okay, but then later when you ask him to go to watch ice skating he tells you that he's too busy to go?

You can't fix him. He has to do it himself. The sooner you stop trying and just accept someone for who he or she is, the happier you both will be.

If you cannot accept them, and can't make any compromises to where you are still being treated fairly, then you are better off moving on.

    Best of luck,
