My girlfriend left me and had another boyfriend in a few weeks.
We were together for five years. It was a messy breakup she cheated.
I will never take her back but am confused and not over her yet but getting there.
She rocked up at my house the other day telling me she loves me. I told her she needs to be on her own to figure out her issues. She spent the night at my house no sex but same bed. I told her about a girl I slept with and she cried her eyes out.
2 days later she texte saying she doesn't love me she came out of guilt for hurting me she wants to be with him.
I was OK with it cause I could never trust her anyway.
Is she over me was it really guilt, why did she cry about the other girl?

Of course we don't know her so we don't know if it's guilt or if she's over you.

You need to go No Contact. No texting, no calling, no social media. And, by all means, no spending the night!

She wants to feel better about herself is all and you really do need to get this selfish person as far from your life as possible! Because she is selfish and confused, why should you be? Any further contact is poison!
