    Break ups
    My girlfriend recently broke up with me, she suffered from social anxiety and I wanted to try and improve it however I suffer from depression, paranoia and slight anxiety since the break up I've been extremely depressed but before the break up I was always getting extremely paranoid but Idk if I should reply to the break up text she sent me or if I should just leave it all alone? I've also been experiencing thoughts of self harm and suicide I just don't know what to do?

    Firstly, for every decision you make, you need to think it out clearly and calmly. Do not let anger, hate, boredom or impulsivity influence your decision.

    You have to be patient. I imagine it must be hard for you to think about anything now but your break up. I also have been through heart-breaking break ups. And here is what worked for me:

    Ask yourself these questions and then answer them:
    1. "What did this girl said she likes about me"?
    2. "What did i like about her"?
    3. "What are my actual qualities? What passions or hobbies do I have?"
    4. "My situation is very difficult for me. But what would my situation look like if I was somebody else? Let's say my best friend, or my girlfriend's best friend. Or even if it sounds funny, what would snoop dogg think about my situation?"

    Time heals sentimental wounds. Let time pass. Read a book. Find a new hobby. Hang out with friends. Eat properly. Think about this: You hear, while browsing through the news that someone killed himself because of a break-up. On another occasion, when browsing the news, you hear that a fireman risked his life to save someone. Some people out there risk their lives to save others. Imagine this: What if a fireman saved your life risking his own. How could you explain him your current thoughts?
