    Instead of trying to cope you sit down with the other person and you talk,and talk and talk.

    And you keep doing that until they SEE how you feel your being taken for granted.

    Perhaps they don't even realise you feel this way.

    And after you have done this and there is not change or understanding, you walk away.
    No one should have to cope with being ignored or treated poorly. You are treated the way you allow yourself to be treated.
