    My fiancé is in the army in iraq now.I just moved from Florida to North Carolina.. but he comes back from iraq in February to Florida to see me an family can we get married in Florida at court house even though we both don't live there anymore?an he's only in town for two weeks so will we be able to get the licence than get married
    That day or the next day?

    Yes, you may get married there if neither one of you live there, people fly to DisneyWorld to get married all the time.

    I do believe if you don't live in the state you have to get the license in the same state you are being married at. It used to be that way, and GA is still that way.

    You can get the license the day you go in for it.
