    Recipes to lower high cholesterol
My family has a history of high cholesterol and it's happening to me. I walk a lot, I avoid fatty foods and I take a bottle of Danacol daily. My problem is I'm starting to hate boiled or steamed vegies. I can't even stand the smell anymore. Where can I find some good low fat recipes . Thanks

One thing I found helpful was a lot of oat products. My breakfasts consist of an instant oatmeal packet (there are LOTS of flavors). My lunch sandwiches use an oat grain bread. And I snack on Honey Nut Cherrios.

Neutralising cholesterol [ 2 Answers ]

Lets say one loves to eat eggs. But it is high in cholesterol. What are some ways to neutralise or lower it after consumption? Again, this is a question about after consumption. Not how to avoid it; therefore, "don't eat eggs!" is not an answer.
