I thought you were 14.. your other post said you were 14...
Anyway, I'm a college student.
What do I eat...
Usually, I buy mixed frozen veggies, rice that comes in a box (or packet), and some frozen meats (already seasoned, etc).
Microwave frozen veggies, microwave rice, cook meat. Meal in 15 min.

Whoaaa. I swear to you bushg. He said 14. Then edited it. Hmm... eh, no point in accusing about lying of age. Really no point really. I'm 56. There, I said it.

1/3 c. Quaker Quick Oats + 2/3 c. water - microwave for 3 minutes. And add milk and sugar to taste
During the 3 minutes. Oatmeal is cooking, take two pieces of bread and put into toaster, then slather toast with pb&j.
That's my winter comfort-food supper. In fact, it sounds so wonderful, that, even though it's only lunchtime, I'm going to make it now. See you guys later!

Also, I know you're into working out + building muscle mass, so I wanted to tell you to try this thing called McCann's Steel Cut Oatmeal. It takes about 40 minutes to make, but you make enough so you can keep it in the freezer to last you about 10 servings. Don't add sugar to it, just add some cinnamon or some people prefer to add applesauce. It keeps you pretty filled up in the morning.
By the way, I am NOT affiliated with McCann's in any way shape or form... I realized that it helps me while I'm building muscle mass + losing fat... and it's a good way of keeping yourself filled.

For natural sweetner... use honey or stevia even apple juice will sweeten the oatmeal. Also eat whole grain breads.
