When is quitclaim deed invalid Georgia
Can a quit claim deed in Georgia be considered invalid under grounds other than being signed under duress, threats, fraud, etc? I.e. if a lawyer prepared several quitclaim deeds to be signed and it contained 5 extra acres of land than what was intended to be transferred, can a lawyers error be grounds to have a court invalidate that quitclaim deed?

It it can be proved though written contracts, but at the end of the day, the buyer and seller are suppose to read and understand the documents they are signing.

Seems more a reason to sue the attorney for the value of the 5 acres to me
