    What w'll be the Best time to sale my home
    I want to sale my 2 properties one is residential and the other commercial, this is a good location in Tampa, Fl. Can any body tall me what is the best time to sale?

    I'm not a real estate agent or anything, but if the residential property is big enough for a family with kids, you are more likely to sell if in the summer when kids are between school semesters. Parents don't like to move kids in the middle of the school year unless absolutely necessary.
