Of course I am from Sparta, so HI,

I will look to see if I can find it online, but you can go to the White county recorder of deeds ( 1st floor north side) you can look at the current deed, exactly how it is listed and if there are any liens on the property.

Also you can go across the hall to the tax department and see who is listed on the property to pay the tax and what address that bill is sent.

I will look and if I find it on the computer I will let you know.

As I mentioned I guess there is a relitive of yours living in the house, since you and them have the same last name, can you explain the "conflict just alittle"

It is possible that I can pull the records.

I have also private message asking for a lot more details.

I did find a few things today,
    1. although it has a Sparta TN address it is not in white county, it is slightly across the county line in Cumberland county TN

    2. This address while a legal mailing address is not a property address as listed, the road must be a private subdivision or road. The address appears to be at a area near Crawford Rd and Spear Road.
This address isnot how the property is listed at the Cumberland county court house. So it must be listed as a lot within a subdivision or other legal address.

If you will provide who you believe could own it, who says they own it, who you think own it, or who should own it, I can check the court records by owners name to see if they own any property.

Assuming this has something to do with a person with your last name, I did note that the person living at this address has your same last name.
But the first name of Joyce. But Joyce is not shown owning any property in that county.

The only property I could find under your last name was owned by Ronnie, but that was 1095 Fairview Rd ( not a sparta address) but in Cumberland County.

So if you can supply either publicly here or on private message I will be glad to look it up with additional information.
